Debbie brings over 25 years of executive level experience in Human Resources working for a startup wireless company, international online shopping network, a global recruitment advertising firm, and a HR consulting/executive search firm. Debbie’s focus on recruitment and retention, as well as performance management and organizational development has proven to be an invaluable asset whether consulting with clients or recruiting a candidate. She received her MSA from West Chester University in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Business and her BS from University of South Carolina in Psychology/Biology.
