Beth stays closely engaged in the entire process of each search, from needs analysis, through recruitment of exceptional talent, through successful on-boarding and star performance.
Beth loves a great challenge: she has completed three Boston Marathons and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. Beth holds a BA from Bucknell University and a degree in Human Resources Management from New York University. She began her career on Wall Street, working for Morgan Stanley before joining the search industry.
